Bookings & Payments

• Payment is required at the time of booking.

• Group class spaces are limited and confirmed on a first‑come basis.

Cancellations

Group Classes

• Cancellations within 7 days of the start date are non‑refundable.

• Missed sessions cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

1‑to‑1 Personal Visits

• 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or rearrange.

• Late cancellations are charged in full.

Dog Health & Behaviour

• Dogs must be healthy, vaccinated as advised by your vet, and free from illness.

• Bitches in season cannot attend group classes.

• Please inform us of any behavioural concerns, including reactivity or aggression.

• We may remove any dog or owner if safety or welfare is at risk.

Training Approach

• We use positive, reward‑based training only.

• Aversive tools (e.g., choke chains, prong collars, e‑collars) are not permitted.

Owner Responsibility

• Owners are responsible for their dog’s behaviour at all times.

• MK Best Dog Training is not liable for injury, loss, or damage unless caused by our negligence.

Weather & Cancellations by Us

• Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled in severe weather.

• If we cancel a session, an alternative date or credit will be offered.

Photos & Media

• We may take photos or videos during sessions for marketing.

• Please let us know if you prefer not to be included.

Data Protection

• Personal information is kept secure and used only for communication about training services.
